Flanking

Instead of granting advantage, flanking grants a +2 bonus to attack rolls.

Consuming Healing Potions

Consuming healing potions as a bonus action will require you to roll, but drinking it as an action grants you the maximum hit die.

Swapping Initiatives

Players can swap initiatives once per encounter.

Mage Armor

Mage Armor's DEX bonus will be replaced with the player's spellcasting ability.

Wall Physics

When a creature is pushed but can’t move (because of a wall for instance), it takes 1d4 damage for each 5 feet it wasn’t able to travel.

Inspiration

You can use an inspiration to reroll, but only your own rolls. Not stackable.
